This rigor in ecosystem management is the last bulwark before engaging the deep transformation of the company toward these new models.

The evolution toward orchestration models is no longer a strategic option : it's a condition for sustainability. Two paths then open for the leader: either make the performance of the linear model coexist with the agility of a platform (the orchestration service acting as a lever for the historic business), or pivot entirely toward a pure orchestrator structure, whether an integrated service platform or an infrastructure meta-platform. Remaining fixed in a role of executor or simple intermediary means accepting an inexorable erosion of margins against actors capable of centralizing data and trust. Engaging this transformation means choosing to become the architect of your market rather than suffering its rules.
